沙茶牛肉 Shacha beef

材料 Ingredients:

  • 牛肉 x 1/4 lb
  • 洋蔥 x1
  • 沙茶醬 sacha sauce x 1 tablespoon

做法 Procedure:

  1. 牛肉切片用鼓油、油和粟粉來醃 Slice the beef to strip, use soy sauce, oil and corn starch to marinate the beef.
  2. 洋蔥切片後分開成幼條。 Cut the onion and break them apart.
  3. 將洋蔥炒香至半熟便放進碟中備用。 Saute the onion till it half done; put them aside.
  4. 放牛肉炒至開始熟再加沙茶醬和洋蔥,略炒便可。 Saute the onion until it is almost ready, add the shacha sauce and onion, gently stir well together.

* 可將洋蔥改成為其他蔬菜,例如:金茹等等。Can substitute onion to other veggie.
