材料 Ingredients:
- 牛肉 x 1/4 lb
- 洋蔥 x1
- 沙茶醬 sacha sauce x 1 tablespoon
做法 Procedure:
- 牛肉切片用鼓油、油和粟粉來醃 Slice the beef to strip, use soy sauce, oil and corn starch to marinate the beef.
- 洋蔥切片後分開成幼條。 Cut the onion and break them apart.
- 將洋蔥炒香至半熟便放進碟中備用。 Saute the onion till it half done; put them aside.
- 放牛肉炒至開始熟再加沙茶醬和洋蔥,略炒便可。 Saute the onion until it is almost ready, add the shacha sauce and onion, gently stir well together.
* 可將洋蔥改成為其他蔬菜,例如:金茹等等。Can substitute onion to other veggie.
