鬼馬牛肉 Beef with Crullers



材料 Ingredients:

  • 油條 fried twist crullers
  • 牛肉 beef

做法 procedure:

  1. 油條切片。 Slice the crullers.
  2. 加油條入熱油鑊中炸至脆。 Put the crullers into a wok with oil; pan-fry until crispy.
  3. 牛肉炒熟便可。 Use soy sauce, oil, and corn starch to marinate the beef, then stir-fry until done.

因我家的小朋友喜歡脆油條,亦可將其略煎,牛肉炒熟打獻,油條較軟和有牛肉的汁味。
