- 魚柳3塊 Fish fillet x3
- 日式麵包糠1杯 Panko 1 cup

做法: Procedure
- 魚柳洗淨後用紙吸乾水粉備用。Rinse the fish, pat dry, and set aside.
- 雞蛋打勻。 Whisk the egg.
- 胡椒粉和麵包糠混合。 Mix the panko and black pepper together.
- 魚柳沾上蛋液後再沾麵包糠 Dip the fish in the egg, then in the panko mixture.
- 放魚柳在焗盤上,可噴上少許油或加少許蛋液使麵包糠固定。 Put the fish onto a baking pan, spray cooking oil or leftover egg onto the surface of the fish, to make sure the panko stays in place.
- 用400F焗20分鐘 Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until done.
