焗魚柳 Fish Fry















材料: Ingredients:

  • 魚柳3塊 Fish fillet x3
  • 日式麵包糠1杯 Panko 1 cup

  • 雞蛋1隻 1 egg

  • 胡椒粉少許 A little black pepper

做法: Procedure


  1. 魚柳洗淨後用紙吸乾水粉備用。Rinse the fish, pat dry, and set aside.

  2. 雞蛋打勻。 Whisk the egg.

  3. 胡椒粉和麵包糠混合。 Mix the panko and black pepper together.

  4. 魚柳沾上蛋液後再沾麵包糠 Dip the fish in the egg, then in the panko mixture.

  5. 放魚柳在焗盤上,可噴上少許油或加少許蛋液使麵包糠固定。 Put the fish onto a baking pan, spray cooking oil or leftover egg onto the surface of the fish, to make sure the panko stays in place.

  6. 用400F焗20分鐘 Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until done.
