材料 Ingredients:
- 茴香半個 Fennel half pc

- 黃椒一個 Yellow bell pepper x 1
- 牛肉1/4磅 Beef 1/4 lb
- 蒜蓉一湯匙 Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- 蒜蓉豆鼓醬一湯匙 Garlic black bean sauce 1 tablespoon
做法 Procedure:
- 茴香和椒切絲備用。 Slice the fennel and pepper.
- 牛肉放鼓油、油和粟粉醃一會。 Slice the beef, use soy sauce, oil, and corn starch to marinate.
- Saute the vegetables, then put aside.
