七彩炒牛肉 Colorful Stir-Fry Beef



材料 Ingredients:


  • 茴香半個 Fennel half pc
  • 紅椒一個 Red bell pepper x 1
  • 黃椒一個 Yellow bell pepper x 1
  • 牛肉1/4磅 Beef 1/4 lb
  • 蒜蓉一湯匙 Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
  • 蒜蓉豆鼓醬一湯匙 Garlic black bean sauce 1 tablespoon

做法 Procedure:

  1. 茴香和椒切絲備用。 Slice the fennel and pepper.
  2. 牛肉放鼓油、油和粟粉醃一會。 Slice the beef, use soy sauce, oil, and corn starch to marinate.
  3. Saute the vegetables, then put aside.
  4. 放油、蒜蓉和蒜蓉豆鼓醬起鑊略炒。 Heat a pan, pour oil in, add garlic and black bean sauce, then add the beef and stir-fry until about halfway done.
  5. 將蔬菜回鑊,至牛肉熟便可。 Add the vegetables with the beef and mix well.
