鼓汁蒸魚翅瓜 Steamed Spaghetti Squash With Black Bean Sauce

Try to use the other half of the spahetti squash, use the garlic and black bean sauce maybe the kids will like it, here is the result.





材料:Ingredients:

  • 魚翅瓜半個 Half a spaghetti squash
  • 蒜蓉1湯匙 Minced garlic 1 tbsp
  • 蒜蓉豆豉醬1湯匙 Garlic and black bean sauce 1 tbsp

做法: Procedure


  1. 魚翅瓜去核去皮切片。 Remove the seeds and skin from the squash, then slice.
  2. 加入蒜蓉和蒜蓉豆豉醬蒸18分鐘或至熟即可。 Add minced garlic and sauce and steam for 18 minutes or until done.
