西洋菜豬骨湯 Watercress Soup



材料: Ingredients:
西洋菜2至3束(約1磅) Watercress 2-3 bunches (about 1 lb)
豬骨1磅 Pork bone 1 lb
蜜棗 x2 Preserved Red Dates x2
南北杏少許 Peeled Almonds

做法: Procedure
先將豬骨出水,備用。Blanch the bones and set aside.
洗凈其他材料。 Wash the other ingredients.
水(約5 qt)滾後放進所有材料煲滾。 Boil about 5 qts water. After it begins to boil, combine all ingredients inside.
慢火再煲3小時,下鹽調味。Simmer for 3 hours. Add salt to taste.
