材料 Ingredient:
- 牛腩 stew beef 2 - 3 lb
- 洋蔥 onion x 1
- 青椒 green bell pepper x 3
- 紅蘿蔔 carrot x 3
- 薯仔 potato x 3
- 黑椒 black pepper 少許 a little bit
- Paprika 3 tablespoon
- 牛精 beef bouillon x 2 pc
做法 Procedure:
- 鍋熱後下牛腩,直到牛腩外面啡色,不要血水。 Put the beef inside the heated pot and saute, when it turns brown outside, pour the brown water out.
- 加入洋蔥,直到洋蔥軟,再放入青椒、紅蘿蔔和薯仔。 Add the onion, stir until soft, then add green bell pepper, carrot and potato, gently stir.
- 加黑椒、Paprika、牛精和少許水,水滾後慢火炆2小時。 Add the black pepper, paprika beef bouillon and a little bit water, after it boil , simmer for 2 hours or until done.
